Michael is a licensed soil scientist and authorized onsite wastewater evaluator. He has over 25 years in the business. When he's not digging holes, he is on a quest to run a marathon in every state. He is well over halfway.

Ethan attended UNC Charlotte, and while he may be following in his father's footsteps in the soil business, he has no desire to run a marathon. Instead, he is an avid golfer, preferably riding in a golf cart between holes.
